This page is the nucleus of all laws, bills and regulations that have an impact on the delivery of public and private healthcare services. It also includes for the industry strategic and operational needs as far as the health law is concern. Despite regular legislative update on health related law and policy, the page also renders free legal advice not only to members of the association but in the Hasa spirit of information sharing all visitors. The focus is human rights based.

At all times HASA members must ensure their compliance with related legislation and/or regulation, and in particular must ensure that with any discussion with any individual, institution, body and/or association, that their representations are compliant with Competition Law (see the Competition Act [Act No. 89 of  1998] ).
